About CONCRETE PERMEABILITY TESTER - AS PER IRS

The complete set up is designed as per Figure G-1 - Appendix G of IRS concrete bridge code. Supplied complete with 3 Nos. Permeability cell, 3 Nos. Permeability mould of 200mm dia X 120mm height and Air Compressor. Detailed specification as follows:

Equipment consists of :

Lower part consists of MS plate of 10 mm thick, having 260 mm dia. The Plate is having eight holes of 12 mm dia at equal distance, required for holding the concrete specimen.
The middle part consists of two circular MS plate of 10 mm thickness, 260 mm wide and having a 100 mm dia hole atcentre over which a GI pipe of internal dia 100mm and of 150mmheight is welded with another MS plate of 6mm thickness at top having 6 holes and the arrangements.
