About Flow Table for Concrete - 700 x 700 MM
Details:
Flow table top will be Constructed from a flat metal plate of minimum thickness. The center of the table will be scribed with a cross, the lines of which run parallel to and out to the edges of the plate and with a central circle 200mm in diameter. The under surface of the plate will be reinforced in order to prevent distortion of the flat surface. The front of the flow table top will be providedwith a lifting handle. The total mass of the flow table top willbe 16 kg.
The flow table top will be hinged to a base frame using externally mounted hinges in such a way that no aggregate can become trapped easily between the hinges or hinged surfaces. The front of the base frame will extend a minimum 120mm beyond the flow table top in order to provide a top board.

FAQs of Flow Table for Concrete - 700 x 700 MM:
Q: How is a flow test conducted using this flow table for concrete?
A: The concrete mix is placed in the supplied cone mould on the table surface, tamped with the rod, and the cone is then lifted. Using the hand-operated cam, the table is dropped 15 times in 15 seconds. The resulting spread of concrete is measured for flow characteristics.
Q: What are the benefits of using a hand-operated flow table?
A: A manual flow table allows for precise control over the drop mechanism and eliminates dependency on electrical power, ensuring consistent results and suitability for site or laboratory conditions with limited power supply.
Q: When should this flow table be used in construction or quality control processes?
A: Use this table during the workability testing phase of fresh concrete mixes, before pouring or casting, to ensure that concrete meets desired flow and slump specifications for your project or standards.
Q: Where can this flow table be installed and operated?
A: It is designed for table-top mounting in laboratories, quality control centers, and on-site locations with standard lab conditions, requiring no external power supply and minimal setup effort.
Q: What accessories and features are included with the flow table?
A: The set comes complete with a brass/cast iron cone mould, tamping rod, machined cast iron top plate, and a reliable hand-operated drop cam. It is packed export-worthy in a sturdy wooden box for safe transport.
Q: How does the machined and polished top plate enhance test accuracy?
A: The smooth, level cast iron top minimizes friction and ensures even concrete spread during testing, providing accurate, repeatable results according to standard test methods.
Q: What is the capacity and measurable accuracy of this flow table?
A: This flow table tests up to 12 liters of fresh concrete per batch, with a measuring range corresponding to its 700 mm square top and measurement accuracy of 1 mm.
