The Loading unit is of fully welded construction having a adjustable cross head, base, and solid side plates to provide maximum rigidity throughout the working range. A hydraulic jack is fixed to the top. The rollers of the flexural assembly are hardened, ground and polished. The upper roller assembly is provided with self-aligning action suitable for four point or three point loading. To facilitate testing of various size specimens, suitable size spacer is provided for testing beams of 100X100X500mm and 150X150X 700mm.
