About Refractory Furnace

Light weight with ceramic ceramic wool insulation. The outer casing made of thick mild steel sheets painted attractively. Heating Chamber consist of grooved refractory bricks in which heating elements are inserted in coil form and are easily replaceable. Temperature controlled by Dual display microprocessor based Digital temperature indicator cum controller with K type sensor. compensating cable etc. working on 230 V. Max. Temperature. 1200 Degree Celsius and Working Temp. : 1150 Degree Celsius.

Horizontal, front loading type:

In this improved model, ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation) has been provided resulting in weight and size reduction of furnace.

Vent Port:

Built in vent port for removal of noxious gases etc preferably with a provision of connecting the extension pipe with vent lid should be air tight for Volatile Matter analysis.

Safety Features:

Thermocouple breaks protection to cut power to the heating element in order to prevent thermocouple failure runway condition.
